Supply installation and operation of 64 solar energy systems in a number of governorates

Tajadod Solar Energy has successfully implemented a project to supply, install, and commission 64 solar power systems across 14 governorates in Yemen, funded by the World Bank through the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).

Project Details:

-       Number of Sites : 64 locations in Amanat Al Asimah, Sana’a, Hadramout, Al Mahrah, Shabwah, Al Mahwit, Al Hudaydah, Raymah, Saada, Ibb, Dhamar, Taiz, Al Bayda, and Hajjah.

-       Number of Solar Panels : 1,716 panels, each with a capacity of 360 watts (W).

-       System Capacity : Ranges between 4.4 kilowatts (kW) and 72.6 kilowatts (kW) per site.

-       Total Capacity: 943.8 kilowatts (kW).

Project Implementation Phases:

-       Technical study and analysis to ensure optimal performance at each site.

-       Supply and installation using high-quality equipment.

-       Operation and maintenance to guarantee sustainable and efficient performance.

The project contributed to providing clean and sustainable solar energy to numerous facilities, helping reduce operational costs and dependence on traditional energy sources. It also reflects Tajaddad Solar Energy’s commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions in Yemen
